About Johnathan Grzybowski, Founder
I’m Johnathan Grzybowski—a husband, father, and entrepreneur who built Working Dads because I needed it myself.
As co-founder of Penji, an Inc. 5000–recognized creative services company, I know what it’s like to build a business while trying to be present for my family. Penji has grown from a bootstrapped startup to a company trusted by thousands of businesses worldwide, but that success came with hard lessons about protecting what matters most.
The real challenge isn’t just growing a company—it’s staying present at home when work demands everything, maintaining your marriage when you’re both exhausted, and raising kids who know their dad actually shows up.

I created Working Dads because fathers need a place to be honest about:
